Technique:
I play a standard minor sweeppicking arpeggio, and when I reach the high E string, I hammer on with the little finger to the minor third, and slide up to the twelveth fret, and tap the thirteenth fret with my long finger, and then descend in the next invertion of the minor triad
Theory:
You can use this chop from the Phrygian and Aeolian because I tap the flat sixth, which is what those scales contain apart from the minor third and fifth. And its also the third and sixth scale positions from the low E string you can play this lick, in the major scale
