An easy way to start composing Neoclassical would be to compose riffs in the Harmonic minor. Arpeggios is also an easy way to get started with that
I just have the paganini stuff transcribed by now, check it out in the Masterclss, its a lot of fun

Great, did you notice the new sweeppicking lessons ? theres quite a few neoclassical style licks.
If you want to play Bellas style, he uses the fifth and first mode of the Harmonic minor scale a lot. And also the diminshed scale and some eight note scale stuff, but of course also the natural minor scale
I was thinking of posting some of his chops soon
